These Partner Program Terms govern participation in the Neural-LLM Partner Program. They supplement the site Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and EULA. By applying, enrolling, or using Partner tools, you agree to these Partner Terms.
1. Independent product
Power Claude is independent software by Neural-LLM. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, PBC. “Claude” and “Claude Code” are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC, used only to identify interoperable products.
2. Cash commissions
The Program pays cash commissions on qualifying paid customer subscriptions attributed to an approved Partner (Direct) and, where enabled, Scout share of another Partner’s Direct commissions. Free installs, trials, $0 card verifications, self-referrals, abuse patterns, refunded payments (after reversal), and non-eligible products do not earn commissions. Scout depth and eligibility are defined in Partner Terms. Calculators and projections are illustrative only — not income promises.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or majority if higher), have legal capacity to contract, meet site Terms eligibility, and not be a prohibited/sanctions-barred person. Misrepresentation of age or identity may void enrollment.
4. Enrollment and approval
Applications are subject to review. We may approve, reject, suspend, re-tier, or terminate any Partner for lawful reasons including fraud risk and brand safety. On approval, your tier locks the promised Direct and Scout rates for that enrollment. You must keep a valid Neural-LLM account and accurate payout contact information.
4. Attribution and privacy
Attribution uses first-party cookies / partner identifiers and qualifying purchase data. After the first paid conversion, attribution locks per Program policy. Dashboards must not expose other customers’ personal data.
5. Calculation, holds, refunds, and payouts
Commissionable base is amount collected after discounts. Commissions move pending → payable → paid (or reversed / held). Hold periods and payout minimums are configuration-driven (defaults: 30-day hold, $50 minimum). Ops runs payout batches; preferred methods (e.g. PayPal) are selected in the dashboard. Refunds and chargebacks reverse Direct and Scout liabilities proportionally; after payout, negatives reduce future payouts. Commission processing never blocks a customer’s successful payment.
6. Disclosure and conduct
You must clearly disclose your material connection with Neural-LLM in every endorsement. You must not claim Anthropic affiliation, guarantee earnings, spam, or misrepresent Power Claude.
7. Materials and tools
Promotional materials remain Neural-LLM IP under a revocable license for Program promotion only. Dashboard tools are provided “as is” and may change.
8. Term, suspension, and exit
You may resign anytime by emailing support@neural-llm.com. We may terminate immediately for fraud/abuse or for convenience with 30 days’ notice. On exit, new attribution and commissions stop; earned payable balances remain subject to ordinary hold and payout rules unless lawfully forfeited for fraud.
9. Independent contractor and taxes
You are an independent contractor. You are solely responsible for taxes and registrations. We may require tax forms (including U.S. Form W-9 / 1099 processes when applicable) before payout. This is not tax advice.
10–14. Liability, indemnity, changes, governing law, contact
Liability is limited as stated in the full Partner Terms. You indemnify Neural-LLM against claims from your marketing. We may update terms with notice. Governing law follows site Terms of Service.
