Power Claude Evolved — What's new.

Grok/Codex/Kimi/Gemini Model tabs and SKUs no longer list Claude-profile CLI (add, save-profile, claude login). Family chrome uses power add / power host-account add; pc remains Power Claude only. Profiles, rotation, and dashboard actions are host-scoped and proven with isolation tests.

Open CLI is a slim dedicated panel (not a slow Home · View 2.0 tab). Terminal pc/power help is a boxed command deck. Feature doc: docs/features/command-deck.md.

detect and redact supported classes of secrets locally before an intercepted request leaves the machine. Audit-only and Basic/Enhanced/Strict modes. Fail-closed when enforcement cannot complete. Request Inspector stores a sanitized local history (never raw secrets). Exact outbound inspection is claimed only for host transports that intercept the provider request.

IME-safe native textarea for terminal TUIs in code-server and VS Code. Prefix-reconciles predictive/mobile keyboard rewrites and forwards raw bytes to one captured terminal (Grok Build, Codex, Claude CLI, Gemini, Kimi launches, pc watch, or explicit generic attach). Off by default.

every chrome control (modes, views, Filters, Detail, Fit, Start/End, path walk, Help/Tour/Copy link, session picker, node/stage hover) now has a styled tooltip plus a help topic covering Blueprint vs Session vs Combined, taken path, gates, zoom, evidence, and linkage. Select a node to see process chain, data-flow, and gate outcomes with hurc:// deep links.

small session graphs zoom in so nodes fill the canvas (wide maps still cap at 1.35). Selecting a node opens Detail with process/data/decision first and collapses the zoom KPI grid. Duplicate mode chips are a status crumb. Simple Flow shows active when the underlying node ran (blueprint stays pending). First /flow load uses compact dagre + larger chips so the graph is readable on boot, not a tiny unlabeled cluster.

expanding a session worktree now includes a tasks action (plus open-task titles and counts) that opens a per-session harness ledger + TodoWrite snapshot.

3.0.138 was a burned unpublished gallery row (not live). This version is the next unused number. There is no publisher “activate” step.

drop tracked scratch scripts/_status.py / scripts/_prove-and-overlay.py (home paths) and keep the private-source catalog out of the package.

operator hold (restore-hold-live.py) was rewriting ~/.grok/auth.json with an expired snapshot at every start and every session stop, wiping a successful login. Hold now skips when live auth is still valid or the held token is expired (clobberLive: false).

pkimi / pcodex / pg host-account rotate|import-live|apply|… with the host omitted now targets that SKU’s pool. On Power Claude / Power Agents the same omission fails closed instead of silently swapping Grok live auth.

Home Next account / host-account rotate / on-limit used to change only the pool activeId. Package apply is Grok-only, so Codex kept the previous ~/.codex/auth.json (and Kimi had no apply path). Rotate now applies the selected seat into that host’s live file.

that control ran Claude pc rotate and rewrote ~/.claude/.credentials.json. On Grok/Codex/Kimi/Gemini Home it is now disabled and refused; use Next account for host-store seats.

Home / Profiles Import on Grok/Codex/Kimi/Gemini now matches pc host-account import-live: it upserts the live login but does not promote a capacity-empty OAuth principal over a working residual seat. Activate remains an explicit click. Kimi Import also reads ~/.kimi-code/credentials/kimi-code.json.

the loading skeleton no longer paints Auto-rotate as Off / Turn on. Those switches write the live kill switch, so a click during load disabled rotation that was already on. Controls stay disabled until real status arrives.

family SKUs no longer rewrite #power-claude-root / body.power-claude, so Classic layout and styles apply. Tab wrapper stays nav + panes (column), not a broken strip.

Home/Debug command rows open Health, Usage, Sessions, Settings (or Show in CLI). They do not spawn a terminal. Deck buttons say Run CLI and wrap instead of clipping.

View 2.0 and Classic no longer appear in the Power sidebar, Home L1, welcome walkthrough, or Command Palette. Dev compare only (showView2Home / showClassicHome, default OFF).

recovery, lifecycle, rotator, commits, sub-agents, bug flags, rate-limits, cost, and hooks tables now go through dataTable() (same package as Files / Hot Files). No hand-rolled <thead> left in SessionDetailWebview.

opening Jargon Coach from a master or product workspace no longer inherits a stub Hurc capabilities tree that drops hurc fluency (empty / “unavailable”). CLI cwd is the install-plane Hurc that actually ships Technical Fluency.

SessionStart no longer runs import-live (128 session-home rewrites) before refresh/apply. That 20s timeout skipped heal and forced manual OAuth. Heal is now refresh+apply first (hooks/host-limit/auth/pre-exec-ensure.sh); import is --ingest-only.

user-facing toasts/CLI no longer show a literal ${productBrandLabel()} (Power Agents reload prompt and nested CLI titles now resolve to the product name).

Activity Bar / sidebar titles use full product brand (Power Agents / Power Claude / Power Codex / …), never bare Power.

pc is Power Claude only; Codex uses pcodex, multi uses power/pa. Pure non-Claude VSIX no longer ships pc.

Claude Code / claude.ai tools are stripped from pure non-Claude SKUs; multi Power Agents labels them Claude host:.

stability, compatibility, and packaging updates under the hood so Power Claude stays dependable day to day. No separate headline feature in this build.

Combined/session no longer show “Simple Flow unavailable” when the design-map story exists; stages stay pending on the design map (never invented green).

Published release (version floor realign).

exclude broken absolute host symlink scripts/hooks/agents/vendor from the VSIX (ENOENT on ubuntu runners).
