1. Our Commitment

We want you to be confident trying Power Claude. Software subscriptions can be hard to evaluate without actually running the tool, so we do not treat activation as forfeiting your refund eligibility. If Power Claude does not work for you, we will make it right.

2. 14-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date, no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

  • Activation does not void eligibility. You are expected to activate and test the software during this period — that is the point.
  • Refund amount: Full purchase price, minus any non-recoverable payment processing fees charged by our payment processor (typically 2–3% of the transaction amount). We do not add any additional administrative fee.

  • Processing time: We will initiate the refund within 3 business days of your request. Your card issuer or bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.

3. After the 14-Day Window

Refund requests received after 14 days from the purchase date are evaluated at Neural-LLM's sole discretion. We will consider requests in cases such as documented billing errors, duplicate charges, or significant product failures we are unable to resolve. We do not guarantee refunds for late requests but will make reasonable efforts to be fair.

4. Annual Subscriptions and Mid-Term Cancellation

If you purchase an annual subscription and cancel mid-term (after the 14-day refund window), you will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining months of your subscription period. Instead, your access to Power Claude will continue until the end of the annual period you have already paid for. Your subscription will not renew at the end of that period.

We believe this is fair: you are locking in a discounted annual rate, and the trade-off is a commitment to the full term. The 14-day window at the start of any new annual period gives you a genuine opportunity to evaluate the product before that commitment is locked in.

5. Monthly Subscriptions and Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge. The current paid month runs to its end and your access continues through that date. We do not prorate unused days within an active monthly period outside the initial 14-day refund window.

6. Circumstances That Do Not Affect Refund Eligibility

  • Activating your license key.
  • Using Power Claude during the 14-day window.
  • Changes to Anthropic's API or authentication systems that occur after your purchase (though we will make commercially reasonable efforts to update Power Claude in response).

7. Circumstances That May Affect Refund Eligibility

Neural-LLM reserves the right to decline a refund if the request is associated with a license that was used in violation of the Terms of Service — for example, sharing a license key across unauthorized users or using Power Claude for a prohibited purpose. These situations are rare, and we will communicate clearly if this applies to your request.
