Privacy Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to data Neural-LLM collects through the neural-llm.com website and the Power Claude desktop software. It does not apply to Anthropic's data practices — when you use the Anthropic API or Claude Code CLI, Anthropic's own Privacy Policy governs. Neural-LLM does not receive your prompts, AI responses, or Anthropic credentials at any point.
2. Data We Collect and Why
2.1 License and Activation Telemetry (Power Claude software)
When you activate or use Power Claude, the software sends the following to our license validation service:
- Machine ID hash: A one-way cryptographic hash of hardware identifiers on your device. This hash is used to bind your license key to a specific machine. The hash is not reversible to identify your hardware specifications or link to any other data about you.
- Install timestamp: The date and time of your initial activation, used to validate subscription status.
- Software version: The version of Power Claude you are running, used to deliver relevant update notices.
- Aggregate rotation counters: A count of how many account-rotation events Power Claude has performed. This is a number only — we never see which accounts were rotated, the content of any request, or any Anthropic credential.
We use this data to: verify that your license is valid and active; enforce the machine-binding and reactivation limits described in our Terms of Service; and understand broad usage patterns to improve the product.
2.2 Account and Purchase Data (website)
When you create an account or purchase a subscription on neural-llm.com, we collect:
- Your name and email address.
- Your billing address (for tax and payment processing purposes).
- Your subscription tier, purchase date, renewal dates, and license key assignment records.
- Order history maintained by our e-commerce platform for legitimate business and tax purposes.
2.3 Payment Data
Payment card transactions are processed by Stripe or Authorize.Net (see Section 5 — Subprocessors). Neural-LLM never receives, stores, or has access to your full card number, CVV, or bank account details. We receive only a transaction confirmation token and billing summary sufficient to record the purchase in our order system.
2.4 Website Usage Data
Like most websites, our server logs record IP addresses, browser type, referring URLs, and pages visited when you access neural-llm.com. These logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and diagnostic purposes. We do not use third-party behavioral tracking or advertising cookies. See Section 6 for full cookie details.
3. Data We Do Not Collect
To be explicit about the boundaries of our data collection:
- We do not collect your Anthropic API keys, OAuth tokens, or any other Anthropic credentials.
- We do not collect the content of any prompt you send to Anthropic.
- We do not collect any AI-generated response or code returned by Anthropic.
- We do not collect information about which Anthropic accounts you have configured in Power Claude.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contract performance: Account data, license telemetry, and order records are necessary to deliver the Power Claude subscription you purchased.
- Legitimate interests: Server logs and aggregate usage counters serve our legitimate interest in securing and improving the service, in a manner that does not override your fundamental rights.
- Legal obligation: Order records are retained to comply with US tax and accounting obligations.
5. Subprocessors
We share data with the following categories of third-party subprocessors only to the extent necessary to deliver the service:
- Payment processors (Stripe / Authorize.Net): Receive billing name, billing address, and card data directly from you at checkout. Governed by their own PCI-DSS-compliant privacy terms. Neural-LLM does not transmit card data to them — your browser communicates directly with their payment form.
- Email delivery provider: Used to send transactional emails (license keys, receipts, renewal notices). Receives your email address and name for this purpose only.
- Web hosting / infrastructure provider: Hosts the neural-llm.com website and license validation API. Processes IP addresses and server log data incident to hosting.
We do not use advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or analytics services that track individual behavior across websites.
6. Cookies
The neural-llm.com website uses the following cookies:
- Session cookie: A first-party session cookie that keeps you logged in while you browse the site. It expires when you close your browser or after a server-defined session timeout. It contains no personal information beyond a random session identifier.
- our e-commerce platform cart cookie: A first-party cookie that preserves your shopping cart state across page loads. It expires when you complete or abandon your purchase.
- CSRF token cookie: A first-party security cookie that protects form submissions against cross-site request forgery attacks.
We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies at this time. If we add any in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by applicable law, obtain your consent before setting them.
7. Data Retention
- License telemetry (machine ID hash, counters): Retained for the duration of your active subscription plus 12 months following cancellation, then deleted or anonymized.
- Account and order records: Retained for 7 years from the date of transaction to satisfy US tax and accounting record-keeping requirements. This includes our e-commerce platform order data.
- Server logs: Retained for up to 90 days, then automatically purged.
- Email correspondence: Retained as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the matter, typically no more than 3 years.
8. Your Rights
Regardless of where you are located, you may make the following requests by emailing
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data. Note that we may be required to retain certain records (e.g., financial records) for legal compliance, in which case we will inform you of what we can and cannot delete.
- Portability: Request your account and order data in a machine-readable format.
- Restriction or objection: Request that we restrict processing of your data or object to a particular use.
We will respond to verifiable requests within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
8.1 CCPA Disclosures (California Residents)
California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). In the past 12 months, Neural-LLM has not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The categories of personal information we collect are described in Section 2. You have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale (we do not sell). To exercise your rights, contact
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include TLS encryption in transit, access controls on our backend systems, and hashing of machine identifiers so that raw hardware data is never stored. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach that materially affects your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
10. Children
Power Claude is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 for users in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, contact
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify registered users by email where required. Continued use of Power Claude or neural-llm.com after the effective date of an updated policy constitutes acceptance of the changes.
