Cancellation Policy — Power Claude

Effective: May 15, 2026

1. You Can Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your Power Claude subscription at any time, with no cancellation fees and no penalty. There is no minimum commitment period.

2. How to Cancel

Self-service cancellation takes about 30 seconds:

1. Sign in to your account at https://neural-llm.com/account.
2. Go to Subscription and click Cancel Subscription.
3. You will receive a confirmation email. Keep it — it is your proof of cancellation.

If you cannot cancel through the dashboard, email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the subject line “Cancellation Request — [your email / order number].” We will process manual cancellation requests within 2 business days.

3. What Happens After You Cancel

3.1 Access continues through the end of your paid period. Cancellation turns off auto-renewal. It does not immediately end your subscription. You retain full access to all paid features through the last day of the billing period you have already paid for.

Example: You subscribe monthly on the 1st. You cancel on the 15th. You keep access through the 31st. No further charges.

3.2 No prorated refund. We do not refund the unused portion of the current billing period. If you want a refund for a bug-related issue, see the Refund Policy.

3.3 Auto-renewal is off. After cancellation, your subscription will not renew. You will not be charged again.

3.4 Your license key is deactivated at the end of the billing period. After that date, the Extension will revert to free-tier functionality (if any) or cease functioning, depending on your version.

3.5 Your account stays open. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your Neural-LLM account. Your billing history and account data remain accessible. You can resubscribe at any time.

4. Annual Subscriptions

The same rules apply to annual plans. If you cancel mid-year:

• You keep access through the end of your annual billing period.
• No refund is issued for the remaining months.
• The annual plan does not renew.

If you want a refund on an annual plan due to a product bug, the Refund Policy governs.

5. Cancellation at Our End

Neural-LLM may cancel or suspend your subscription if you violate the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. In that case:

• Access may end immediately, not at the end of the billing period.
• No refund is owed for termination-for-cause.

6. Resubscribing

You can resubscribe at any time by visiting https://neural-llm.com/pricing. Resubscription creates a new billing cycle starting on the date of repurchase.
