Is Power Claude affiliated with Anthropic?
No. Power Claude is an independent product built by Neural-LLM "Claude" and "Claude Code" are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. We use the official Claude API on your behalf — we are a tool that runs on top of Claude, not a fork or replacement.
How does multi-account rotation work?
You connect two or more Claude accounts (your own — we never share or pool credentials). When one hits a rate limit, Power Claude transparently fails over to the next account. The active VS Code session keeps running without interruption.
Will I get banned for using multi-account rotation?
Each account you connect must be your own, used under Anthropic's terms of service. Power Claude does not bypass rate limits or pool accounts across users. It is the same pattern a developer using two browser tabs would use manually — automated.
Does it work with VS Code forks?
Yes. The extension is published on both the VS Code Marketplace and the Open VSX Registry, so it works in Cursor, Gitpod, Theia, VSCodium, and any VS Code-compatible editor.
What about my session data and privacy?
Session metadata (prompts, costs, timestamps) stays in your local VS Code workspace. The optional Analytics dashboard runs entirely client-side. We never see your prompts or your code.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro is month-to-month — cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Annual subscribers get a 7-day full refund window. After that, your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Is there a free tier?
Yes — the Free tier includes core rotation across two accounts and basic crash recovery, with a daily session cap. Most engineers who try Free upgrade within a week because the watchdog and analytics are the parts they did not know they needed.
Do you offer a free trial of Pro?
Yes — 7 days, full Pro access, no credit card required to start. Add a card before day 7 to continue, or do nothing and roll back to Free.
