Anthropic Non-Affiliation

"Power Claude" is an independent third-party product developed by Neural-LLM and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Anthropic, PBC. "Claude" and "Claude Code" are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC, used here under nominative fair use solely to identify the Anthropic products with which our software interoperates. Power Claude is a companion utility; you must obtain and pay for your own Anthropic Claude account separately and use it in accordance with Anthropic's terms of service and usage policies.

1. Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes conduct that is prohibited when using the Neural-LLM website at https://neural-llm.com (the "Site"), the Power Claude subscription service (the "Service"), and the Power Claude VS Code extension (the "Extension"), collectively the "Products."

This AUP is incorporated into, and forms part of, the Neural-LLM Terms of Service (the "Terms") available at https://neural-llm.com/terms. Defined terms not defined herein have the meanings given in the Terms. In the event of any conflict between this AUP and the Terms, the Terms control. Violation of this AUP constitutes a material breach of the Terms and the EULA.

By using the Products, you agree to this AUP. If you disagree, do not use the Products. Neural-LLM reserves the right to update this AUP at any time; the version posted on the Site governs as of the date of your use.

2. Core Use Principles

Power Claude is designed for individual developers and engineering teams who legitimately use the Anthropic Claude API under their own accounts and want to maximize uptime, resilience, and observability of their AI-assisted development workflow.

All use of the Products must:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and in any jurisdiction where your use has effect;
  • Comply with Anthropic's own terms of service and usage policies (available at https://www.anthropic.com/terms), as you remain solely responsible for your Anthropic account(s);
  • Respect the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and rights against discrimination and harassment; and
  • Reflect good-faith use of the Products for their intended purpose.

3. Prohibited Uses

3.1 Circumventing Anthropic's Terms of Service

Power Claude rotates among your own legitimately obtained, paid Anthropic accounts so that you can continue working when one account hits its individual rate limit. That is its intended use. You may not use Power Claude to:

  1. Circumvent, evade, or exploit Anthropic's rate-limiting systems in a manner that violates Anthropic's terms of service or usage policies — including using account-rotation or rate-limit-healing features to exceed usage limits that Anthropic has set for your accounts in a way that Anthropic expressly prohibits;
  1. Aggregate, pool, broker, or resell Anthropic API capacity — use of the Extension's multi-account features is authorized only for accounts that are legitimately your own or your organization's, and may not be used to create or operate a shared API access pool for third parties, whether for compensation or otherwise;
  1. Create, acquire, or operate Anthropic accounts in bulk for the purpose of circumventing per-account rate limits, including "account farming" — the automated batch-creation of new Anthropic accounts to feed into a rotation pool — each Anthropic account managed through the Extension must comply with Anthropic's account registration requirements; or
  1. Impersonate Anthropic, Claude, or any Anthropic employee or agent in any communication, user interface, prompt, or output.
Note: Neural-LLM does not represent that any specific use of the Extension's rate-limit-healing or account-rotation features is permitted under Anthropic's terms. You are responsible for independently confirming that your use of your Anthropic accounts through the Extension complies with Anthropic's current terms and policies.

3.2 License-Key Abuse and Automated Mass Account Creation

You may not use the Products — whether directly or through automated scripts, bots, or tools — to:

  1. Create multiple Neural-LLM accounts to circumvent subscription limits, trial restrictions, or the effects of a prior suspension or termination;
  2. Automate registration, login, or account management actions on the Neural-LLM platform in a manner that burdens or disrupts Neural-LLM's infrastructure;
  3. Share, publish, sell, lease, rent, or transfer your Power Claude license key to any other person or entity;
  4. Activate the same license key on more machines or user seats than the per-seat cap permits under your subscription plan;
  5. Generate, brute-force, predict, or otherwise obtain license keys through any means other than a legitimate subscription purchase; or
  6. Cache, mirror, or proxy Neural-LLM's license validation API so that other clients receive the benefit of your validation call.

3.3 Resale and Proxying of API Access

You may not:

  1. Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer to any third party your access to the Service or Extension, whether in exchange for monetary compensation or other consideration;
  2. Use the Extension to build, operate, or market a product or service that provides third parties with access to Anthropic's Claude API that those third parties have not independently obtained from Anthropic; or
  3. Use your Neural-LLM subscription to extend the Claude-access benefit to persons or organizations who are not authorized users under your subscription plan.

3.4 Harmful, Illegal, and Harassing Content

You may not use the Products, or use the Extension's AI-facilitated capabilities, to:

  1. Generate, distribute, or promote illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content that incites violence or terrorism, or content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction;
  1. Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse any individual or group, including through the use of AI-generated content directed at a specific person;
  1. Generate content that discriminates against individuals or groups on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law, in a manner that violates anti-discrimination laws or creates unlawful hostile environments;
  1. Engage in or facilitate fraud, phishing, or social engineering attacks, including using AI-generated content to deceive individuals into disclosing credentials, personal information, or financial data;
  1. Generate or distribute malware, ransomware, viruses, or other malicious code, or use AI-generated code to attack, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to computer systems;
  1. Violate any applicable privacy law, including by using AI-generated content to process, collect, or expose personal data in violation of GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations; or
  1. Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, including by using the Extension to systematically reproduce copyrighted works without authorization or to circumvent technological protection measures.

3.5 Service Abuse and Infrastructure Attacks

You may not:

  1. Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Neural-LLM's systems or networks without Neural-LLM's prior written authorization;
  2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Neural-LLM's systems, accounts, or data;
  3. Introduce any virus, worm, or other harmful code into Neural-LLM's infrastructure;
  4. Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against Neural-LLM or any third party;
  5. Use the Service in a manner that imposes a disproportionate or unreasonable load on Neural-LLM's infrastructure, including API call volumes materially in excess of normal Extension operation; or
  6. Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, access controls, or license-key validation mechanisms in the Extension or Service.

3.6 Misrepresentation

You may not:

  1. Misrepresent your identity, organizational affiliation, or authorization when registering for or using the Products;
  2. Represent to any third party that your use of Power Claude is authorized, endorsed, or certified by Anthropic, PBC; or
  3. Use the Neural-LLM or Power Claude name, logo, or branding in a manner that implies an affiliation, partnership, or endorsement that does not exist.

4. Compliance with Anthropic's Policies

Because Power Claude interoperates with Anthropic's Claude API using your own Anthropic account credentials, your use of the Extension is subject to two independent policy regimes simultaneously: this AUP (governing your relationship with Neural-LLM) and Anthropic's own terms of service and usage policies (governing your relationship with Anthropic).

Neural-LLM does not broker, interpret, or expand your rights under Anthropic's policies. If Anthropic prohibits or restricts a particular use of the Claude API, that prohibition applies to you regardless of whether this AUP expressly addresses it.

If Anthropic suspends, rate-limits, or terminates your account because your usage violates Anthropic's terms, that is a matter between you and Anthropic. Neural-LLM cannot reinstate Anthropic accounts and will not refund subscription fees solely because your Anthropic account became unusable.

For Anthropic's current terms and usage policies, see https://www.anthropic.com/terms.

5. Reporting Violations

If you observe conduct that may violate this AUP, please report it to Neural-LLM at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (e.g., This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) with:

  • A description of the nature of the violation;
  • Identifying information (license key prefix, email address, or ticket ID — partial information is acceptable);
  • The date and approximate time; and
  • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, logs, message contents — redact secrets and credentials).

Neural-LLM will investigate good-faith reports and take appropriate action. For trademark or copyright concerns, see the Trademark Policy and DMCA Policy for the correct contact paths.

6. Enforcement Consequences

6.1 Investigation

Neural-LLM reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. In connection with an investigation, Neural-LLM may review account activity, license validation logs, and other technical data available to Neural-LLM consistent with the Privacy Policy. Neural-LLM does not access your code, your Claude conversation contents, or your Anthropic API keys.

6.2 Warning

For first-time or lower-severity violations, Neural-LLM may issue a written warning to the email address on your account describing the violation and any required remediation steps, with a reasonable cure period of not less than 3 business days unless immediate action is required under Section 6.5.

6.3 Suspension

For violations that Neural-LLM determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be serious but potentially curable, Neural-LLM may suspend your access to the Service and Extension. During a suspension:

  • Your License Key will be deactivated at the next validation cycle (typically within 24 hours);
  • Paid tier features will be unavailable; the Extension will degrade to free-tier functionality;
  • Your account data will be retained subject to the data retention schedule in the Privacy Policy; and
  • Neural-LLM will notify you of the suspension and, where the violation is curable, describe the steps required to restore your account.

Neural-LLM aims to provide 3 business days' advance notice of a suspension where practicable, except where the violation presents an immediate risk to Neural-LLM's systems, users, or third parties, in which case suspension may be immediate with contemporaneous notice.

6.4 Termination

Neural-LLM may permanently terminate your account, without refund, for:

  • A second violation of the same provision of this AUP within any 12-month period;
  • Any violation involving illegal content (Section 3.4(1)), CSAM, terrorism, malware, or unauthorized system access;
  • Violations that cause material harm to Neural-LLM, its users, Anthropic, or third parties;
  • Violations of Section 3.3 (Resale and Proxying), which Neural-LLM treats as grounds for immediate termination; or
  • Willful, repeated, or systematic violations of any provision of this AUP.

Termination for AUP violation is termination for cause and is not eligible for any refund under the Terms.

6.5 Account Data Export Window

Following a suspension or termination, you will have 30 days from the date of notice to export any account data (subscription history, billing records, usage analytics) that Neural-LLM makes available for export in the account dashboard. After 30 days, Neural-LLM may delete your account data consistent with the Privacy Policy's retention schedule, except where retention is required by law.

If Neural-LLM terminates your account for violations involving illegal content or fraud, the data export window may be curtailed or withheld to the extent necessary to preserve evidence for law enforcement purposes.

6.6 Legal Action

Nothing in this Section limits Neural-LLM's right to pursue civil or criminal remedies against you for violations of applicable law, or to report violations to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities, including Anthropic, PBC. Neural-LLM will cooperate with law enforcement investigations as required by applicable law.

7. Modifications

Neural-LLM may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Site notice at least 14 days before the updated AUP takes effect. Continued use of the Products after the effective date of a revised AUP constitutes acceptance.
